3. Car got damaged by hail and I took it in to BMW Zambezi ARC where it was fixed to satisfaction after having complained about the quality of the work done on the vehicle and the customer service I got
4. Following the repairs I then learnt that my brakes were making a squeaky sound whereas they should not as per the motor vehicle info system in the vehicle
5. Took it to BMW Bruma where I learnt that my motor plan was suspended without my knowledge
6. Over and above that the only information I get is that it was suspended because a certain part was ordered using the VIV number
7. It has been a week and 2 days that I have been calling BMW Zambezi to get the motor plan reinstated and I am not taking kind to that
8. My car is wearing off because of the carelessness of BMW
9. I am currently driving a car that might not be safe to be travelling with
10. I feel too much prejudice is being suffered by me unnecessarily
11. The customer service I am receiving from BMW is pathetic and has up to so far led to me considering selling the car for perhaps a Merc or VW
