Good Day, I had a problem with my VW Polo, The hand break light wasn't going off and the vehicle was starting sluggish, so I took it in for repairs and the technician accidently scratched my gear knob and broke the hand break clip. I told Francois about it and he ordered a new gear knob and hand break clip for me at No charge, put it on at No charge and put my car on a diagnostic test also free of charge and my vehicle is perfect now.
