Audi Motor Plan exclusions

My Clutch on my 2011 Audi A3 buggered up. I was told this is due to "driving style" and the Audi Motor Plan does not cover this. Despite my profile, I live 5km's from work, have only taken the vehicle on one long distance journey (to Sun City) and the car has only 40 000 km's on the clock, I was told it's due to "driving style". No explanation has been given as to what "driving style" is defined as. I was also told that as a matter of goodwill, Audi will cover the cost of the parts, but not the labour. This does not make sense. Particularly when the Parts manager at Audi Fourways gave me accounts of customers clutches buggering up for no good reason.
The service received from Audi Customer Care has also been nothing less than pathetic, where the "driving style" excuse was regurgitated.
In the next month I am selling my Audi, and I will discourage all friends and colleagues to ever buy one based on the after sale service I have received.
What is the point in having a Motor Plan if there are pathetic exclusions?
