I purchased a vehicle from EJX Auto and made it very clear that I wanted a motor plan on the vehicle. This was agreed to, I took the vehicle for a quality check at Lyndhurst Auto and as far as I was aware, everything was resolved. I have proof that I have paid for the motor plan and assumed everything was effective.
3 months later, my vehicle was due for a service and I was then informed by Mini Northcliff that I do not have a motor plan and needed to pay cash for the service. Then after a few enquiries, I was notified that the dealer had never paid for the re-instatement of my motor plan, even though they received their money from me.
It is now 2 weeks later. I am stranded without a vehicle- I cannot drive the vehicle since the service is due. EJX has made an offer to maintain the vehicle for the next year but that is not what I signed up for. I demand for the motor plan to be reinstated or for this deal to be cancelled completely. I believe that these are valid grounds because this is what I signed for in the contract.
As I mentioned, I am STRANDED and need my vehicle to get around. I am now tired of waiting!!
