My vehicle has 2000km to go before motor plan expires and it started experiencing a problem with its catalytic converter. The service consultant advised that that they would have to try other means to correct it before replacing it. He advised that once repaired it could be permanently sorted or give in within 3 months. in this period my vehicle could well be out of motor plan and I'd have to foot the bill. He advised that i drive it and put it to the test and if there was any thing slightly wrong he'd motivate for a replacement part. Within week I started to feel the car lose power and immediately called Thabang the service consultant. He drove out to my office and tested the car himself. He then committed himself to motivating for a new part. this was approved and he saved me R45000.00
