Late Service and Damage to Goods

I have the following complaints about Quick Movers Removals (TM) service that was on the 30th September 2013:

movers arrived 2 hours late
movers arrived with a bakkie and a trailer, to move a complete house when I clearly stated that there was no restrictions in the complex
movers had to do 2 trip thus only off loading at night time
they were in such a rush that we did not have time to check all the furniture, and they just dumped it all and left
5 items furniture got damaged in transit

I called the office and they said I must send an email, to which no response, sent another email and no response, finally I got a response stating that I must send my bank details so they can reimburse me, I found this odd as they did not evaluate the cost of the damaged goods, after asking the question they stated that in their standard "terms and conditions" they only pay out R250 for damaged items, I find this unacceptable, on the quote it also states "free in transit insurance" which should mean that if my goods are damaged then insurance will cover them. the "terms and conditions" were signed by my wife in the dark garden only when they left as they were in "a rush" I demand answers.
