The first time I got angry was when they made me take out a second tv license when I already have one on my girlfriends name and as far as I know you need one per household, then we waited a week for approval because at my job we only use cellphones and don't have a land line, which the owner of the company stated in a letter. On Thursday the 14th they phoned to say delivery will be today 16th Nov, so I got rid of my couches this morning seeing that I'm getting my stuff today, so I got a call saying the couches will only be delivered on Wed and not today with the other stuff. So when the truck came they only had half of the stuff saying that the rest is coming on another truck, when I phoned to find out where the rest of my furniture is, I got hung up on several times and when eventually getting through they said it is on its way. It is 15:30 now, no truck yet and you can't get hold of anyone to find out where it is. I feel like cancelling the whole deal.
