Breach of contract

I took out a maintanance plan with Bosch on 08 February 2012 (after they had sent me a quotation mid 2011). stating that the duration of my contract is 08 February 2012 to 08 February 2014 (Both Dates Inclusive) or up to 166 554.00km. Now my car is at 165046 km I took it to Bosch (TPS Witbank) my policy was declined cos "I exceeded my KM"

Upon enquiring from Bosch I as referred to my quoation in 2011 of which nothing on my policy document indicate that I should drive 833 km per month. The lady even said I should drive avarage 833 km but still my claim was declined.

At the currect situation I wanted to include my wife's car on the policy but Bosch has shown me a very bad side of this company.

This is really a rip off. I need Bosch to honour the contract as I only have a policy document that doesnt have any clause talking about avarage 833km. I have had 2 funerals at home which is almost 300km away so was I suppose to think of a 2011 quotation to drive my car home?
