Poor service at spares department

A young male staff member with dark hair (in his twenties) refused to assist to replace a battery for a car remote control as he he did not have a small enough screwdriver for the job. According to him the branch manager had the screwdriver and he was not available. He was only prepared to sell the batteries to me and flatly refused to assist me any further. As the credit card transaction already took place, I could not get a refund to go somewhere else. His female collegue at the service reception also asked him if he could not make an arrangement and he told her "No! " outright.
