I took out a maintanance policy with Bosch in 2012 to expire in 8 February 2014 @196 554 km for a Golf 5 currently my car is @180 345 km. I have expressed interest to extend my cover with 15 000 km. While bosch advertise that a car must less than 10 year and less than 200 000 km. A lady @Emperitus told me my car would not be covered as its high risk, Really??? Bosch has not yet inspected the car. Are they are telling me that they have not been maintaining my car well??
I have asked the lady a simple quote on e-mail and up to this day after 2 weeks nothing came of it.
My car has not even reached the 196 554km covered for and all of a sudden its high risk? If I take the 12 months 15000 cover my car will still be less than 200 000 on the contract expiring then, Is this how Bosch treat their loyal customers if so its shocking and they are not advertising the truth.
