Car & Truck Auto Repair
Tardiness & Plain refusal to settle monies owed

On 3 May 2012, upon order enquiry received from the owner, George, we supplied embroidered branded goods to the value of R 5782-08. A deposit of R 2500-00 was paid as requested with balance to be paid on delivery. The balance of R 3282-08 remains outstanding for payment despite numerous telephonic and email communication. Mr George either claims the balance was paid by EFT, which he cannot prove by way of confirmation proof despite numerous requests or he informs us that he is yet to make payment, which clearly indicates he has not made payment as claimed! Our supply was made to him timeously and in good faith and to wait (now) 10 months for payment is extremely shocking. Mr George should appreciate the value of timeous payments being a businessman himself, yet it appears that he has no respect for good business practice when it comes to his suppliers. If this is his business ethic when it comes to payment of debt, one has to wonder whether the workmanship he provides his clients is above board and genuine. How does one retain patience after all this time when all you looking for is money that is due to you for a professional service rendered as expected in business?
