Most Unhelpful Service!!!

Earlier this year I approached the Strubens Valley Dealership to purchase a Kia Rio Tec in white. First of all since day 1 this dealership has shown minimal interest in me purchasing the vehicle. I eventually applied for finance through Steven Curtis and was accepted for credit however I had to phone Steven twice to find out if I had been accepted since he never got back to me. After expressing my desire to buy the car he promised to order a white Rio Tec for me and said it would take between 4 and 10 weeks and he would be in contact. A month later I phoned Steven asking if the vehicle had been ordered and whether shipment had commenced to which he replied, with a disinterested attitude, that he didnt know whether the next shipment would have a rio on it or not. I am ready to approach another brand entirely as I have received minimal help from the staff at Strubens Valley. I tried to contact head office and had to phone repeatedly to get through after which the relevant person was unavailable.
