To whom it may concern,

I have been corresponding with Steven Naude from Metropolitan Retirement Administrators.

It started on the 26th of March with the application for my client to retire from Transnet and to invest with Stanlib.
All the necessary information regarding the ROT was filled in and submitted. All to no avail as I waited and waited.
On the 2nd of May I began tracing the case and Transnet gave me Steven's direct number. I was however not able to contact Steven on this number no matter how many attempts were made. Transnet then informed me that Steven had put up a statement "quote needed for upload".
Absolutely no one informed me of this very essential information which lead to an unnecessary delay in my client's investment.
Trying to contact Steven was impossible. Everyone had a different office number for him and none worked. Eventually on the 16th of May I was given the number of a lady in Steven's office by the name of Lea, who informed me that there would be a two week turnaround time frame, I then forwarded the quote and again asked for an estimate turnaround time, I received a comment of three weeks, I then followed up the follo
