MAKRO STRUBENS VALLEY - SHOCKING SERVICE

I placed an order for 5 appliances over the weekend and I was promised discounts and delivery to my new home in Durban. I got this all in writing including a proforma invoice stating the article numbers of items I had ordered. When I got home I noticed that none of the discounts were showing on the invoice. I emailed Themba and he replied stating that the manager would discount the tumble dryer to offset the delivery charge. This never happened!

This "Manager" Themba has now reneged on all these promises that I have in writing and further to that passed on an incorrect article number to the delivering branch and the item is now out of stock.
I am now left moving into a new house with 2 toddlers and no fridge or appliances which could now take days to deliver.

I then phoned the store manager in Strubens Valley who I was told was Mr Eagle. He didn't seem interested at all and just made excuses for this Themba saying it was for me to deal with Durban (even though the order was placed in Strubens Valley) and that he would look into it and call me back. Well, it would have helped if he had taken my name and number!!!

This service is shocking!!!
