Took time off my busy schedule to go into the McCarthy toyota Durban Kingsmead. Met with the pleasant salesman Steven, being a knight I was under the impression that I would receive top notch service. Steven suggested to me that I apply for finance for a vehicle when he didn't even show me a vehicle that I was interested in. He said he will email me the application form but almost a month later still no response. Utterly disgusted with this type of service. I asked him to contact me whenever a vehicle in my requirements was brought in but I have never received any updates. (Supplier name corrected by Hellopeter.com)
