Multi Franchise
Kia vehicle service

In February I took my Kia to Tokai Multifranchise for its 30, 000 kms service. From the time that I called to book the service, I experienced professional, friendly and helpful service from all the staff.
My service booking was confirmed via sms within a few minutes of my call and I was told that I would be taken home on the day of the service and fetched again once my car was ready, if I needed lifts.
The service advisor, Natasha van Harte was very helpful and went the extra mile to provide a good service. The techno who worked on my car discovered that the casing on my remote was cracked, causing the key blade to come loose, which Natasha brought to my attention. She offered to find out whether it was covered under the warranty and said she would get back to me. In April I received a call from Tokai Multifranchise informing me that the claim had been successful and that I could bring my car in to replace the key pin, key-insert and transmitter free of charge. What a wonderful surprise, as the total including labour came to just over R2, 000. I also received follow up calls after both the service and the replacement of the remote to find out if I was happy with their service.
