I puchased a second hand Citroen C1 in january from edenvale multifranchise. However to date I have not yet received the log book, when ever I call to enquire i am always told the samething "the driver is picking it up tomorrow, you will receive it as soon as possible". This kind of service in unacceptable I need my service book urgently as I need to get a service done on my vehicle. Personally I feel the that Multifranchise has no respect for the customers at all as this is not the first time Iam having an issue with the regarding this specific vehicel!!!
