I recently purchased a Kia Picanto 1.2 ex and discovered that the driver's electric window rolls down but not back up. I visited Imperial Select Tokai on the 02/08/2013 and was assisted by Natasha who advised me to fetch my car in 4 hours time. I asked Natasha later whether I needed to remove my personal belongings to which she responded it would be safe in my car. When I collected my car I found my fianc? s GHD and my new cologne was from the boot. Natasha searched the workshop and discovered the staff had my items but had only managed to find the GHD. I was advised that the boss would call me and Natasha would also follow-up to inform me of the status of the warranty approval as well as the replacement part order. I've heard nothing from the dealership and have spoken with Imperial select Tokai 6 times this week but they were unable to find my query, nor were they able to find any response concerning the warranty approval or replacement part. I've been promised 1 call back from Natasha, 2 from Rashieda, 1 from Melissa and 1 from the boss but received none. I now have a broken window, no feedback concerning my issue and refuse to visit Imperial Select Tokai again.
