To whom it may concern,
I have sent various complaints and concerns. I purchased a Brand new 2013 Juke. Concerns are, my key cover on drivers side, the cap has fallen off, took my car in, came back and fell off again. Concern 2, smash and grab done poorly. I have requested for urgent feedback from the Dealer Principal. No response. No call, no apologies.
Another concern, my daughter is 8, got into my car, stood on something cold, and picked up a blade that was left behind from the guys that did my smash and Grab. Well need i not say more...
Maybe this complaint will get some attention.
