I would just like to bring it under management's attention that Natasha Messias from Strand branch really deserves a raise for her excellent customer service skills. Not only was she very polite and friendly when taking our order (sometimes hard to find, seeing as we are an obvious lesbian couple), but she really went the extra mile when she brought us each an extra coke, after we had to wait a while for our burgers. This was after we AGREED to wait, as there wasn't any fillets ready to go - so it wasn't necessary, but she did it anyway and she even remembered that my partner asked for no ice when ordering our first sodas. We thought this was really attentive and RARE! She definitely went the extra mile for us yesterday and is truly an example of what service should be! Well done :)
