In January I took my KIA Picanto for its first 1 year service, I complained that my Fan belt was making a terrible and annoying sound. The representive informed me that they will be initiating a warranty claim, which I understood would take at most 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I called regarding this and the representitive informed me that she had seeing my name and she has to still put through the claim. On 20 February I email Natasha Van harte, I did not get a response until I send a 2nd email on 21 march She then cc'd me in on the email she forwarded to Rashida on the 22 March, Today is the 26th and I still have heard nothing.
This is honestly pathetic service! I have never received such atrocious service from any motor dealer. I purchased this car cash and unlike VW, Nobody from KIA called a week later to find out whether everything was ok.
I am honestly fed up with this service and Id like this to be escalated to the relevant department for investigation!
