Courier Service Breaches Contract

My Sister posted me urgent documents from Polokwane Postnet Library Gardens via Speed Services couriers, she explains that the documents needs to reach me in Pomona Kempton Park in the morning. They tell her she will have to tick overnight service which she did, and was made to pay R200.00. Today when I am supposed to receive the document, nothing happens. I call their 24hr call center to no avail. At 7:35pm I call again and wait for 10min before Moses Mashilo answers to tell me that it's not even allocated to a driver. The document will arrive only in the morning, I should have called at 8:00am. He would send a message to Daniel Ngobeni to call me in the morning. I pay for overnight I get two day service. Why did We pay for overnight when that is not what I would be serviced with. This is a breach of service and contract that we payed for. My document is not with me as expected and I must just understand. This is unexceptable. This means speed is clearly not what Speed Service offers. Worse is I stay next to their holding but still they failed to deliver! They need to refund us for this delay and obviously I can't deliver tomorrow, because I trusted a useless courier service!
