I was billed R107-50 for a urgent package to send with their overnight speed services. Destination was for Port Elizabeth and the service required was for overnight speed service. The package never arrived to the destination as requested and was paid for. Their answer to this was just "sorry, it will be there the following day". I requested a refund but was denied as I should have read the terms and conditions. My problem with this is that they can charge you for overnight services and then deliver when it suits them.
