Passing the buck to deny repair warranty

In December 2012, I have received my vehicle back from repair from Zambesi Auto.
4 Months later the LH rear tyre disintegrated due to abnormal wear on the inside circumference (Run flat tyre). Took the car back for warranty repair which they denied, blame shift me for hitting a pothole. They produced an alignment report to me showing the LH Rear castor within limits. I took the wheel to an independent tyre expert who gave a report of "abnormal wear" and not impact. I replaced the tyre on the wheel and asked Menlyn Auto to collect my car from Z/Auto and run tests on it. M/Auto phoned me, informing me that there is something seriously wrong with my car as they can't get the LH rear castor within limits. Back with the car to Z/Auto. After a heated meeting the Technician was called and he also said something is wrong. The car was placed on the lift and is was found that the chassis mounting bolts were loose. Z/Auto immediately blame shift M/Auto for not fastening the bolts. M/Auto assured that you don't touch those bolts to do alignment adjustments. 2 Days later a claim from Z/Auto were submitted to my Insurance Company in the amount of R40 987.20. Still deny warranty on repair!!!
