My vehicle problem with Tatasa has not been solved

We would like to take the time and apologise for the delay and inconvenience you have been experiencing We have followed up with TATA Paarden Eiland on your vehicle, Ivan informed us that the vehicle was send to the panel shop the 12th Nov to attend to the rust. We have requested Ebrahim Moosa (regional manager) to assist with the matter to get the vehicle resolved quicker We would also like to refer to the service and warranty manual where is states that TATA does not cover the cost for the loss of earnings out of pocket expenses etc.
After serious consideration, your offer of one month repayment is rejected for the following reason/s;

I lost a big contract worth R85000.00 per month over a period of 24 months,

Another contract valued at R35000.00 per month for period of 6 months which I was only able to work on for 3 months using a rented vehicle as a result of your faulty vehicle, and therefore was sued 10% for each of the above contracts for the duration thereof. I have also incurred unnecessary expenses as a result of all the above, which needs to be recovered.
