Hi My name is Marina and i reside in lephalale. I previously reside in pretoria and due to the work situation i am in lephalale. The Quality of the food in the 3 KFC's here in Lephalale, is absolutely terrible. My experience in Pretoria with KFC is wonderful, the food is fresh and tasty. The problems experieneced here is, The food is always prepacked and therefore when we eat the chicken the coating is hard, and very oily, then the mash and gravy is not as good as what we had in pretoria. Then you dont get everything that you order in the drive through. Im elabroating on this because KFC is generally very good and we enjoy whenever we are not in Lephalale.
The Quality of the Food Must improve and more importantly, Customers must see what they purchase, why pre-packed? When we buy in Pretoria, the chicken is fresh and displayed in the warmer, only in Lephalale you find the food prepacked.
I hope this is taken to the highest possible and bring back the quality of food, KFC is good franchise, but here in Lephalale, it shudnt be called KFC, its actually bringing down the name of the Franchise.
