My Name is Samantha, and Im from Durban. Due to work situation i am working Lephalale, Limpopo, which also includes travelling every 2 months. Coming from Durban, and travel to and from, there are many KFC's which we visit, and have a really good satisifying meal. The General Setup, is fresh chicken in the Oven where, customers can see whats there and whether its fresh, But in Limpopo, everything is packed in Boxes so we cant see if this chicken is fresh or not. Every time we bought KFC, it was horrible. I am providing details because i want the owners to improve on the quality of the Food. The coating on the Chicken is always Hard. When you ask for extra sauce, in a burger, there isnt enough. Some days there are less of the Lettuce or other toppings. The thing my son loves the most is Mash and Gravy and to date we have never had a Good Mash and Gravy.
Now really, in comparison to what we experince in JHB, Durban, Lephalale has provided the worst quality of Food. Why do they prepack the food? Why such poor quality?
I hope this message goes to the highest possible, and there is improvement, a lot of people enjoy KFC, but in Lephalale, it definetly isnt KFC.
