POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BARCELOS LEPHALALE

HAD TO WAIT FOR THE CASHIER TO FINISH CHATTING ON HER PHONE BEFORE SHE TOOK MY ORDER
WE ORDERED 2 CHICKEN SHWARMAS AND 2 COKES
ORDER WAS TAKEN WITH A BAD ATTITUDE
AFTER 20 MIN WE WERE SERVED WITH OUR FOOD WHICH WAS SOGGY AND HAD LOTS OF ONIONS WHICH WAS NO EDIBLE
THE CHICKEN TASTED LIKE BEEF COZ IT HAD BEEN IN THE FREEZER FOR ALONG TIME
WE RETURNED THE FOOD TO THE SHOP AND ASKED THE MANAGER TO TASTE THE FOOD
SHE BLATANTLY REFUSED AND TOLD ME SHE WILL NOT NOT TASTE THE FOOD AND SHE WILL NOT REFUND ME
I LEFT THE FOOD IN THE SHOP AND ASKED FOR THE OWNERS NUMBERS
SHE GAVE ME THE NUMBERS AND I HAD A CHAT WITH DOLLY WHICH WAS SO HELPFULL
I GOT MY REFUND BACK AND SHE OFFERED A FREE MEAL FROM HER OTHER BRANCH WHICH WAS FRESH AND TASTED A BIT BETTER

I WILL DEFINATELY USE BARCELOS AGAIN. THEIR STAFF NEEDS TRAINING AND PROPER MANERS. THIS BRANCH SHOULD CLOSE DOWN
