It has now been a while that we are experiencing bad service and absolutely poor quality of food, I normally eat the colonel rounder and at the twin palms branch I am guaranteed of rotten lettuce and almost no sauce on the burger and it looks as if the burger was thrown into the box. The other time the chicken was fried until it was dark brown with oil dripping from the meat, and numerous times the full order was not placed in the bag, yesterday we were at centurion (jean ave) at arrival the lady that took the order had us repeat the order 3 times and then she screamed it at the security guy and he told the order to the kitchen. the gravy tasted if it was mixed with water almost no taste the chicken was also very oily. We now drive to the Danville branch to receive Quality food. But why must we as the client drive out of our way to recive service and quality food.
