My family and I have had this problem a few times but gave KFC the benefit of the doubt.
The quality of food we have bought from the Florida branch has seemed to deteriorate over the past few months.
Florida is the closest branch to me and we don't see the need to drive to westgate as that is the next branch.
The last food we bought was Thursday and once again the chciken was burnt in the twister, the bucket chicken was very oily, chips had no seasoning and the mash and gravy was more gravy than anything else.
