On more than one occasion, KFC Pretoria North has served me an order that is not to my request, or the chicken is burnt! I have lodged a complaint with KFC website, and had no response. Tonight, 28/02/2013, I again went to KFC Pretoria North, because it is the only KFC open after 10pm in my are, and as I work late it is most convenient apart form the worst service and most poor quality of food! I placed my order shortly after 10pm, 22:13 to be exact, and payed my bill at the drive through window. At 22:53 I still had not received my order, nor did any one of the staff members inform me that I had to wait for food that had not been prepared! This truly give new meaning to "fast food". Also, there was no mash available at this particular KFC for the 3rd time in a row that I have been there to order food! How is this possible that a well known brand in the world, could deliver such poor quality of customer care (no reply to my mail sent on KFC website), no information given to me once I placed my order that there is no food prepared, and also, if it is, the chicken is burnt and more oily than any other KFC I have bought during the day!!!
