I booked and paid for a birthday party for my husband almost 7 weeks ago for 30 people. I asked for seating for the 28-30 people plus one of their couch areas upstairs. Well... our guests were squashed into a space that was more appropriate for 20, couldn't move their elbows and certain guests had to finish their food and leave the table in order that others could even sit to eat. The owner squashed in two other parties in our space and two tables of two at the end of our company's table in order to make the most of month-end custom! Money 'in the bank' clearly wasn't good enough, we spoke to Tony and he told us this is common practice... needless we all left sorely disappointed in the treatment we received.
