Good Morning

I hosted my 30th birthday party at Rhapsody"s on Sat 26 Jan 2013 for 30 guests.
Schalk Chapman assisted me with the booking.

I contacted Schalk on several occasions to ensure that everything is in order for my function, I specifically asked about split bills etc as we were to be a large group of 30.

The service was so pathetic as far as orders were concerned, that I ended up buying from the bar.
How on earth do you assign only 1 waiter for 30 guests?
First my guests were told cash only, no credit cards, then I told my friends to rather go the bar and order from there.
I then told the waiter to make sure all guests that do order from him, must pay immediately in order to avoid heaped up bills and guests leaving without paying.

At 23;30 when all my guests had left he came with bills, that I has to settle.

My guests had to wait almost 45 minutes just to place their meal orders, then when they placed the order, the owner or manager came to our table saying that there was an issue with the meat. The then had to re order, only to find their Meat burgers brought to the table.

Being in the hospitality industry myself - this could have been avoided
