I booked a party with the above mentioned company. They sent me a pro forma invoice for the booking and I paid a deposit. Closer to the party I met with the organiser to go over details. The organiser went over the party plan pointing out a clause that said I will be liable for full payment if the function was cancelled to wich I replied I can't pay for a function that does not happen. The following Monday I informed the organiser that I had to cancell the party as she had been admitted to hospital and the party was for her birthday. They immediately demanded their money according to an agreement / contract wich I never signed and have since handed the matter over to their laywers for a outstanding balance of R1300even though they have my deposit. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I wish to make people aware of their money grabbing attitude.By the way all I received for R500 deposit were some photo stated pages that I had to cut and paste for invitations. What a rip off.
