Do not use party Smarti for your childs birthday or any other function.
I had paid in full (As she requires full payment before any delivery) for hire of equipment and for her services to set up my 6 year olds birthday party and we had paid her in full to supply us with a clown and face painter to entertain the kids, only to have a no show on the day, and dont bother trying to call this lady on the phone, she does not answer! She claims to be a fantastic party co-ordinator on her website, which is ranked highly on google and once you submit an inquiry regarding her services and pricing, she is quick to send out a full booklet of all the items she can offer you, giving you the impression you can use once place to cater for your party from A-Z, her fees are more than other places, but with such a wide variety of items, hec pay a little more to have this professional company make the party of your dreams! Joanne hounds for full payment, but she never answers her phone or bothers to come through to the party venue to personaly see that the venue is set up, all the items hired are there and that everything is running on schedule. I can go on and on about her shocking service!
