DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

Went to sit down at the Wimpy restaurant area to have a cup of coffee and milkshakes for the kids while the kids were playing (the play area is not part of the restaurant so I didn't have to go and sit down). I waited at least 10 - 15 minutes (and the place was empty) and not one person came up to me to offer me something to drink/eat. I then went to the till to say that no one had been to offer me drinks or anything at this stage. No apology, just would get someone. A few minutes later, the same person came over and took my order. Drinks were finally delivered. My husband came to join us and was not once offered something to drink. My coffee tasted terrible and I couldn't drink it. Shortly after husband sat down, the bill was placed on our table which I didn't even ask for. My daughter was sitting at the table still drinking her milkshake. I then went to get take away cups for my daughters milkshakes as we had not even finished our drinks. I then told the lady that my coffee tasted terrible and all I got was a ag shame. Not once did I get an apology for the disgusting service. Absolutely shocking and I will not be visiting this Wimpy again.
