On Saturday the 2nd of Feb I decided to take my wife and kids for lunch at the above mentioned Wimpy and boy was that a mistake. Let me begin my complaint by saying that the Manager working on that day should get fired! He was sitting with his family across the table where we were seated and at one point I overheard one of the women with him saying and I quote " jy is die bestuuder van hierdie plek" His family seemed to have the run of the place with Teenage kids doing what they wanted and playing on the trampoline and kids jungle gym, not allowing my 2 small kids the use of the facilities. It even goes as far as one of the family members removing his shoes, sitting back and watching the rugby. It didn't get any better. We had placed our drink and food order as soon as we got there and when our granadilla freezos came 20 minutes later it tasted like water and in the presence of the Manager who was still sitting with his family I complained to the waiter. He clearly heard me complain and did not come and see what the issue was. After 45 minutes my wife asked what the delay was only to find out that they had not yet started our food. Saying that we paid for our Drinks and left.
