Last night at 20h01 I phoned Panarottis Potchefstroom to place an order for a Large pizza, they told me that it would take 20 minutes. I arrive at approx 20h30, and then they suddenly didnt take the order, and nobody knows who took the order. The manager (I presume) wasnt very friendly, and well... Where I planned to just climb out of my car and collect a Pizza, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to complete it, which was a total waste of time. When we got it, the pizza was dry and well... I'm a student, so for me to pay R90 for a pizza is quite a lot, thus I at least expect quality and more friendly staff for that price. For R30 more, I could have gotten 2 pizzas from Romans, but I chose to drive 2km further (4km in the net), to buy pizza of expected supreme quality... Well, technically, in terms of price per unit, I had a differential cost of R35 (R30 more per unit of pizza, plus R5 more fuel). All that Im saying, I am prepared to pay R90 for a pizza, but I also expect professional service, especially at that price...
