Out of stock and waiter bad attitude and service

My name is Sibongile, I was on vacation on the 23rd of September I went to North Beach Wimpy for breakfast with my sister and kids. We all ordered, I specifically ordered Shape breakfast I did not order anything to drink, their drinks came of which one was a wrong order and they took long to bring them (more than 15 minutes). As we were waiting the waiter comeback to us after 30 minutes and told me that they just sent one of the employees to the shops to buy fruits for my order. The sad part is when I was ordering the waiter did not tell me that they did not have fruits in stock.

My question is why they take orders which they know that they do not have stock for what is in their menu? I was so mad they tried to offer me something to drink 3 times I refused, how can you offer me something to drink when I am hungry? First of all I did not order anything to drink because I did't want it. Even the other "available' ingredients/food that were ordered by my sister and our kids took more than 30 minutes to arrive. I even told the manager that their service is very poor.
