I ordered food at the Nandos on Saturday evening, and after the packer confirmed the order with us we left. At home we noticed that the order was not packed correctly. I'm ticked off because I had to drive all the way back, but as we entered the shop Johannes is already waiting for us to apologise. I was about to give him a piece of my mind, but he defused the situation with his proactive apology, and even gave us a free side. There is hope after all for service delivery in South Africa
