On Sunday morning i took guests from out of town for a breakfast at he Spur. We were seated and waited for about 20 minutes, i called a waiter over and asked to be served, he asked another witch told me he will call someone . so 25 mins after sitting down we eventually get a waiter, place an order for 4 coffees and 2 glasses of cold drink . 15 minutes later he arrives at our table, hands out the drinks and leaves.
one of the cups of coffee is freezing, 2nd cup had n lump of lipstick on it not a smudge, and a fatty layer on all of the cups, called over a manager he apologizes and takes over the table . 15 minutes later he gets back with new drinks, wrong order, tells me he will be right back, after another 10 minutes i get up walk over to the cashier asks for my bill explains my frustration, she calls over the main manager, he apologizes and a promises to sort all out. Back to my table and after all of these troubles 10 minutes later still NO coffee. I got up demanded my bill, manger game running over begged for some more time and offered a free breakfast, i walked over to the wimpy across from the spur . 20 mins later coffee and breakfast.. NEVER AGAIN Spur!!!
