My son and I went to Mug and bean Richards Bay. We each ordered something to drink and my son also ordered a piece of lemon meringue pie.
After waiting for about 10 minutes we finally got our drinks, at witch time my husband joined us and also ordered something to drink.
By the time our drinks where finished my husband was still waiting for his drink. After inquiring about his drink he got told that the kitchen didn't see his order.
When we where done and asked for our bill we got billed for the lemon meringue that my son never received. And that after we spend nearly an hour in the restaurant.
This is unacceptable especially for a restaurant that wasn't even busy, most of their tables was empty!
