Last night i was at the McDonalds in South-gate to buy food, the lady that was taking our order was friendly but did not know anything about eBucks, she then called the manager, when that lady got to the pay-point she was not friendly very rude and knows nothing about eBucks, the only problem i have is that she was very rude and was throwing the speed point at me, does not have product knowledge (eBucks). I am not going to buy the again and will be taking this up with eBucks directly. I understand that i must spend R200 or more to earn but the service i got was appalling don't expect such from a manager. BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM MCDONALDS SOUTHGATE.
