I had called in an order at 11.00am for delivery off my food at 13.00pm that is a 2 hour gap and what happens?
Expecting a good hot meal, when the driver arrived a whole 20 mins after, and I clearly asked for delivery at 13.00pm, the food was cold, my order was incorrect, I called the store and complained and all they could say was Sorry. I returned the food, and will never order at this take away again.
