This morning an order was placed at 10:20 arriving here 50 minutes later, cold... when I asked the delivery guy why he is giving me cold food he says because of the cold weather.
From the meal ordered I gave him a chip to show him how cold it was, the quarter chicken was cold as was the burger from the burger meal. I have returned the entire order with the same delivery guy and told him it was unacceptable and I want a new order soonest, I too have phoned the Nando's complaint line and informed Sue of the same.
It is a pity because the brand has potential but with the current service and attitude of the store delivery crew I would honestly now not go back and will let the community in the area know the same, this will be the last order I place.
