We order from the Nandos in Village View on average twice a week but since the Indian manager left that store has gone one way. We wait an hour and a half for delivery, and we live maybe 3kms from the store, the store says the driver left an hour ago, and when the driver gets here he tells us that the store had no chicken. We order a large salad and receive a small... And best of all, we get freezing cold food. We have made up to 5 phone calls in one night to find out where our food is. Come on, this is NOT the Nandos it once was. There is very poor shocks management at this branch and we are most disappointed. If you pull our telephone number you will see on average what we spend at this store... Plus we pay for delivery... where is the customer service? If the food is so late, there shouldn't be a delivery fee. Tonight we ordered at 7.15pm... it is 8.33pm... All the staff does is and offer shocking service.
