Ordered food from Steers Lifestyle Crossing for Delivery. As we live within a secure complex we provided the store with an access code. About 20 min later we got a confirmation SMS from our gate that the stores driver, George had entered the complex. An hour after that the food had not been delivered and we had called the store three times since the drivers entry.
The store kept saying that they would call the driver and refused to give us his number to follow up.
Eventually the food arrived an hour and a half after the order and was cold and crushed in the delivery bag.
Very disappointing from both Steers and Debonairs. No redeeming qualities
