Disgusting Service/Late orde

I am utterly horrified as to the service level of Nando's Pinecrest. I called in a del order at 18:40 on Sun 30/6, yet my slip says 18:51.I was told by the Cashier the delivery will leave with the next driver so expect it in about 20 mins. I called again at about 19:20 to enquire where my order was and the Manager explained to me that the driver had been running late and was leaving now with my order and it should be there in 10-15mins. According to the Drivers slip it "went out " at 19:19.My order still hadn't arrived by 19:45, i called again and ended up speaking to a lady who could barely speak english, i asked to speak to the manager again, i informed them manager that i was not happy bout the lateness of the delivery, he assured me that it was on the way. At 19:50 it eventually rocked up. I asked the driver what i was meant to pay as i was not happy about the fact that the food was ice cold, the driver tells me i must pay full price as he had already been cashed up and his wife and kids where in the car and he was going home (how is that my problem). So i had to wait 1 1/2 hours for ice cold food and my son's toy wasn't even delivered. The manager and driver's attitude is horrific!!!
