I went to the McDonalds this morning with my family, we only wanted coffee so I placed my order at the McCafe counter and paid the cashier, who could not provide me with change but said she would bring it with the coffees. I then sat in the lounge area waiting for the coffee for over 20 minutes, the cashier took no other orders in this time, she just laid out the cups for my order and put out cakes in the display window. Families that had come in when I did had finished their meals and were heading out when I went to the cashier to ask her what the matter was. She responded rudely saying my order was a big order, which is so irrelevant, it was simply 4 standard coffees and 2 hot chocolates. I asked to then make my order in a takeaway instead, since we had wasted so much time there, she continued complaining about this, even though she had not even touched the coffee machine yet. I wasted over 30 minutes in their waiting for a cashier to get over herself! Finally I left with my coffees, one of which was incorrect but I took it anyway not wanting to spend any more of my holiday in there.
