I am pregnant and wanted a cup of decaf coffee this morning. So I went through the drive through and asked for decaf coffee - I specifically repeated myself because the woman did not confirm that I asked for decaf coffee. She just kept quiet and billed me for "filter coffee". When I got to the collection window, I asked the staff if the coffee was decaf - she then said, "No, we don't serve decaf through the drive through." THIS WAS AFTER I HAD PAID FOR IT! The woman taking my order at the first window and avoided telling me the thruth - I would have happily gotten out of my car to buy decaf coffee INSIDE, but once again, Mcdonalds staff DONT CARE and ARE LAZY. I threw the coffee away in anycase because it was disgusting. I will NEVER support Mcdonalds again. I have often had bad experiences with them, and this is the last straw. PATHETIC.
